- Registrations cancelled until April 1st will be refunded in 200€
- Registrations cancelled between April 2nd and May 1st will be refunded in 100€
- Registrations cancelled after May 2nd will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation notification must be sent to the conference email firstname.lastname@example.org for refunds to be eligible.
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account and all bank charges will be directly deducted from the refund
The policy as stated on this page is valid from December 2016.
